BUILDING TOMORROW'S LEADERS: NESC Statewide Event Series for Students in Grades 9-12 in a live virtual event on December 17, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. If you're unable to attend that day live, an on-demand event is available!


High school student groups from across North Dakota are invited to participate!


Building Tomorrow's Leaders is a comprehensive program geared for high school students, which aims to strengthen leadership skills, build confidence in young adults, empower students for involvement in school and civic organizations, and in turn, build a sense of community. The program curriculum was developed by North Dakota State University Extension with support from theNorth Dakota Department of Public Instruction.

Assisting the Teacher: Workshop for Paraeducators/Tutors and their Supervisors
All the adults in a school—including paraeducators and other support staff—have a part to play in modeling responsible behavior and contributing to students' success. 

Based on ParaPro: Supporting the Instructional Process, this course gives paraeducators the information they need to support students in a way that allows them to focus more on schoolwork and less on misbehavior.
