1:30 pm 2:30 pm	Virtual Professional Learning Roundtable October 1^st – 1:30-2:30 PM CST To join, contact erin.lacina@nescnd.org for connection information Topic: Digital Transformation / Strategy To organize your thoughts before joining Thursday, have two professional learning sessions or projects in mind for which you’ve had to make a big shift regarding virtual delivery. That’s all you have to do ahead of time! We’ll have a group conversation around the strategy components of goals, pilots, redesign, staff and participant engagement, process and innovation, technology, and data/feedback. Whew! This could be a robust hour! And then, there’s the “After Party!” 2:30-3:00 PM CST Stay online after the roundtable if you’d like to share and hear lessons learned! This request came in during our first session. If you plan to join us for the After Party, please brainstorm your lessons-learned to date for any and all of the following aspects of virtual professional learning: Scheduling Participant communications Logistics management Preparing the participant for learning Participant engagement and collaboration Using resources with participants Quality control Tech tips and tricks (As the PL facilitator, what’s one thing you know now that you wish you knew last Spring?)
